Wasn’t sure what to expect with this gluten free vanilla cake mix… the bag says fast, easy, delicious… it was most of those, but okay – instead of delicious – in our trial, it was heavy. Like heavier than pound cake heavy. We’ve used it as a bottom for icecream cake as well, which worked better than cupcakes or your typical cake. If you don’t have any other options this is still a decent one to go for, but if there are options, then not the first one we would choose. Hope that helps.
