Quick Ham & Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

If you’re looking for recipes for fully cooked ham, here’s a great all time classic:

Quick Scalloped Potatoes (no curdling) Bake 350°F; 35 min

2 tablespoons butter

3 cups milk

3 tablespoons flour

6 cups sliced potatoes (2 ½ lb)

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon melted butter

Slices of FullyCooked Ham – enough for 5

Melt 2T tablespoons butter in saucepan, stir in flour & salt & add milk slowly, stirring constantly until sauce boils & thickens. Add potatoes & heat with occasional stirring until sauce boils again. Turn potatoes & sauce into shallow greased 6 x 10 x 1 ¾ ” dish.

Drizzle butter all over potatoes. Arrange Slices of Cooked Ham on Top.

Place on rack above middle of oven & bake @ 350°F; 35 minutes or until tender, the creamy liquid bubbles up almost over them & the potatoes are brown on top.

Serves 5.
